There’s a gentle voice within calls away,

’Tis a warning I have heard o’er and o’er,

But my heart is melted now, I obey;

From my Savior I will wander no more.

Yes, I will go; yes, I will go;

To Jesus I will go and be saved;

Yes, I will go; yes, I will go;

To Jesus I will go and be saved.

He has promised all my sins to forgive,

If I ask in simple faith for His love,

In His holy Word I learn how to live,

And to labor for His kingdom above.

I will try to bear the cross in my youth,

And be faithful in its cause till I die;

If with cheerful step I walk in the truth,

I shall wear a starry crown by and by.
