Send a Wave of Salvation Today

Ps.85.6

We are waiting and watching, dear Savior,

For an old time revival we pray;

Thou Who hast all the floods in Thy keeping,

Send a wave of salvation today.

Send a wave of salvation, dear Savior,

Over city and country, we pray;

To redeem and restore poor lost sinners;

Send a wave of salvation today.

We are praying for sinners, dear Savior,

And for sheep who have wandered astray;

Nothing, Lord, but Thy pow’r can reclaim them,

Send a wave of salvation today.

Many sad hearts are weeping in sorrow,

For the years have been squandered away;

But their tears without Christ will not save them,

Send a wave of salvation today.

In that home of the soul we have loved ones,

We’ve been lonely since they went away;

O that all may prepare to rejoin them;

Send a wave of salvation today.
